Eldernest provides general educational and informational services on later-life planning topics. Our three current programmes are:

Payment Terms

All service fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current fees are displayed on our website and may be subject to change; the price applicable at the time of enrolment will govern your agreement.

Payment is due prior to the start of each programme or session. We will confirm accepted payment methods at the time of booking. Your place is reserved only upon receipt of full payment or a confirmed deposit arrangement.

Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel your enrolment, please contact us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation relative to the programme start date. We will handle each request fairly and with consideration. We cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session, though we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your circumstances.

Eldernest reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a programme. In such cases, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

SECTION 7

Educational Programme Terms

Our programmes are structured as general educational experiences. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time, subject to the cancellation terms above.

We do not issue formal academic qualifications, certifications, or professional accreditation. Completion of a programme signifies that you have engaged with educational content in a general capacity.

Group sessions depend on minimum enrolment thresholds. If a session cannot proceed due to insufficient participation, we will offer enrolled participants an alternative date or a full refund.

Access to community features included in the Companion Learning Program is subject to respectful conduct. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in behaviour that disrupts the learning environment for others.

Disclaimers

Eldernest provides general educational and informational content only. Nothing on this website, in our materials, or shared during our programmes constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind.

Our content is shared in good faith for general learning purposes. While we take care to present accurate and current information, we do not warrant that all content is complete, up-to-date, or suitable for every individual's circumstances.

We strongly encourage all participants to consult appropriately qualified professionals — such as licensed financial advisers, lawyers, or accountants — before making any decisions in relation to their personal planning.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Eldernest and its staff, associates, and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in our programmes or use of our website.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in connection with which the claim arose.

We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, infrastructure disruptions, or government actions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eldernest harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses — including reasonable costs — arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our content or services, or any unlawful conduct on your part while using our website or programmes.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

General Provisions

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
